The NEPA Project Manager will independently prepare environmental documentation such as EAs and EISs for various infrastructure projects. They will also coordinate with federal agencies, manage subconsultants, and facilitate public meetings to ensure regulatory compliance.

The Bat Biologist will lead presence/absence mist net surveys for threatened and endangered bat species and conduct various field data collection activities. They will also be responsible for radio-telemetry, acoustic surveys, and preparing technical reports and proposals.
