The Area Facilities Manager supports 30–50 shops by ensuring operational excellence, managing budgets, and overseeing service providers. They are responsible for conducting shop visits, executing warranty walks, and providing actionable feedback to the Design and Construction team.

The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator assists the Real Estate Department by managing site information, coordinating project timelines, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners. They are responsible for preparing Real Estate Committee presentation materials and tracking lease deadlines to ensure project milestones are met.

Responsible for the planning, design, and oversight of workflows for company-owned locations and communication between Real Estate and Construction departments. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure successful project completion.

Manage end-to-end workplace investigations into complex complaints such as harassment and discrimination for a high-volume field population. Partner with leadership and legal teams to provide risk-aware disciplinary recommendations and identify systemic compliance trends.

Responsible for modernizing and optimizing the foundational data ecosystem to power analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven workflows. This includes designing and maintaining scalable data infrastructure and production-grade data pipelines on Snowflake.
