Train, mentor, and onboard new Behavior Technicians to ensure quality care. Support collaboration between BTs and BCBAs while ensuring ABA programs are implemented with fidelity.

The BCBA will evaluate clients to create functional behavior assessments and behavior plans while supervising behavior technicians. They are also responsible for conducting parent training and ensuring effective implementation of treatment programs.

Manage incoming patient intakes from various channels including social media, calls, and referrals while coordinating with clinical and administrative teams. Maintain accurate records in CRM/EMR systems and persistently follow up on leads to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
