The Bioinformatics Scientist will provide scientific and technical support to customers to increase their utilization of DNAnexus technology solutions. This role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues, managing customer engagements, and developing product-related documentation and assets.

Own the product direction and roadmap for a Population Genomics Research Platform, managing the researcher experience and scaling the global user network. Coordinate with biobank stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver compliant, high-scale analytical workflows for human disease research.

The specialist will manage day-to-day Order-to-Cash activities, including order processing, billing, and collections within NetSuite. They will also handle revenue schedules, usage-based invoicing, and support month-end close activities.
