The role involves designing high-quality, production-ready UI for customer and merchant-facing fintech products across web and mobile platforms. You will evolve a scalable design system and partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure visual consistency and accessibility.

You will lead the UX strategy for major fintech products, designing end-to-end experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex regulatory requirements into intuitive user journeys.

The Finance Manager will take full ownership of end-to-end finance operations, including invoicing, payroll, and multi-entity reporting. They are responsible for designing structured processes, managing cashflow, and providing financial insights to leadership.
