Order Management Representative - 14 month Contract
Receive, enter, monitor, and document customer orders through shipment, including invoicing, change requests, customs paperwork, and international shipping documentation. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, resolve order issues, support sales and internal teams, and provide coverage for other representatives as needed.
