You will manage 1st-level support requests from hospital clients and internal users via HubSpot and Jira. Additionally, you will maintain and expand the internal knowledge base in Confluence while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

The Teamlead Revision is responsible for leading a team in the complex revision of DRG cases while maintaining operational excellence and team performance. This role involves balancing hands-on coding work with strategic team management, including capacity planning, quality assurance, and individual employee development.

Lead the DevEx team to create a scalable, AI-native development environment and manage the AWS/EKS and on-premise infrastructure. Focus on establishing sustainable standards, optimizing DORA metrics, and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and BSI C5.

The Team Lead Revision will combine operational revision work on complex DRG cases with genuine leadership responsibilities, including technical and disciplinary management of the team. Key tasks involve ensuring quality, performance, and team cohesion while actively participating in complex coding revision.

The role involves performing revision audits on complex DRG cases across various specialties, critically evaluating treatment courses, documentation, and coding decisions to identify revenue potential or uncaptured aspects. Responsibilities extend to providing technically sound advice to clients, presenting clear recommendations, and supporting sustainable improvements in quality and outcomes.
