Current Hydro

Lead and mentor a team of engineers while providing technical oversight for reinforced concrete, bulkheads, and heavy steel designs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery and support construction phases through site inspections and RFI responses.

Lead the civil design and layout of new hydropower facilities, focusing on site civil and earthwork components. Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure integrated project delivery and provide technical support during construction.

Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and modeling for hydropower projects to evaluate impacts on navigation, erosion, and sediment transport. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support the design of hydraulic structures and provide technical services during construction.

Lead the coordination and management of federal, state, and local permitting and licensing processes for hydropower projects. Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and maintain strong relationships with agencies like FERC and USACE.
