Manages the day-to-day operations of the firm's ebilling function and supervises the ebilling team. Responsible for client onboarding, system administration of eBillingHub, and ensuring adherence to Outside Counsel Guidelines.

Manage accounts receivable processes and drive the timely collection of outstanding client balances through proactive outreach. Partner with billing lawyers and ebilling teams to resolve disputes and ensure alignment on collection strategies.
