The specialist is responsible for auditing the presentment of Credit Key across merchant sites to identify gaps and implement optimizations. They work directly with merchant teams to execute changes that drive adoption, conversion lift, and average order value.

The role focuses on assisting potential borrowers through the application flow to maximize approval rates on the platform. It involves coordinating with Product, Risk, and Client Success teams to convert potential borrowers into satisfied customers.

The Director of Partnerships will manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial strategy and outbound development through contract finalization, activation, and subsequent revenue expansion. Key duties include developing and executing the go-to-market strategy to secure new B2B ecommerce, fintech, and financial services partners.
