Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
The Licensed Behavior Analyst will develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior support plans to address challenging behaviors in members. They will also manage a caseload, conduct progress assessments, and provide training to staff and caregivers on positive behavior techniques.
