Clean Power Research

This role involves leading the configuration and implementation of SaaS solutions, including workflows and environment setup, while acting as a subject matter expert for utility industry software products like PowerClerk. The manager will also conduct project management activities from contract signing through launch, facilitate training, and manage customer expectations.

The designer will collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user problems and requirements, proposing appropriate design solutions for new features and refining existing experiences across the full product lifecycle. This includes delivering high-quality designs, contributing to a shared design system, and transforming complex concepts into intuitive user interfaces.
