You will shape the product strategy for AI-native reliability and lead initiatives across engineering, sales, and marketing. You will work directly with the SVP of Product Engineering to define the vision for AI testing, monitoring, and observability.
You will own the technical evaluation process for prospects, from initial demo to successful implementation of the platform. Additionally, you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve technical documentation.
The Customer Solutions Engineer supports prospects through technical evaluations and helps existing customers with implementation and adoption. They act as a bridge between customers and the Product/Engineering teams to improve the platform.
