You will own the technical onboarding process for new customers and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the platform. Additionally, you will conduct workshops, troubleshoot technical issues, and act as the primary technical counterpart for existing accounts.
You will build and maintain reliability for AI-native software using a modern tech stack while actively utilizing coding agents for development. You will also engage directly with users to understand their pain points and iterate on solutions based on their feedback.
You will shape the product strategy for AI-native reliability and lead initiatives across engineering, sales, and marketing. You will work directly with the SVP of Product Engineering to define the vision for AI testing, monitoring, and observability.
You will own the technical evaluation process for prospects, from initial demo to successful implementation of the platform. Additionally, you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve technical documentation.
