The Proposal Specialist is responsible for analyzing federal solicitations and independently drafting compliant proposal content. They will collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure all proposal sections meet evaluation criteria and submission deadlines.
The Agile Program Manager leads the enterprise implementation of the Government’s Agile capacity model by managing contractor resources against prioritized demand. They interface with leadership to ensure performance visibility and coordinate rapid responses to mission-priority changes and human-capital disruptions.
