The Paralegal/Project Manager oversees the lifecycle of legal cases from demand letter preparation through payout administration. They act as the primary liaison between legal strategy, operations, and outside counsel to ensure case milestones are met on schedule.
You will own product initiatives end-to-end, including defining AI-driven features, writing technical specifications, and managing cross-functional delivery. You will also be responsible for tracking success metrics, prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring seamless launch readiness across teams.
The associate will review and refine demand letters for accuracy and compliance while managing mass arbitration campaigns from pre-suit demands to settlement. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize case pipelines and validate new legal theories.
You will lead the engineering efforts for the core consumer funnel and payment systems, ensuring high-conversion and secure money movement. Additionally, you will build and mentor a team while driving technical direction and rapid experimentation.
