The BHCM coordinates care between external oncologists and an internal team of psychiatrists and health coaches. Responsibilities include conducting clinical intakes, performing brief behavioral interventions, and leading weekly interdisciplinary team meetings.

The Behavioral Health Care Manager will conduct clinical intakes, provide brief interventions, and coordinate care between oncologists and the internal behavioral health team. They are responsible for leading interdisciplinary team meetings and documenting patient progress in a HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record system.
