Senior Accountant - Recoveries
The Senior Accountant is responsible for calculating and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual tenant recoveries including CAM, taxes, and insurance. They also oversee tenant recovery workflows, resolve discrepancies, and provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
