The Senior Accountant is responsible for the independent preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and managing VAT filings. They also actively participate in group consolidation across multiple entities and support audit processes.
You will have end-to-end responsibility for marketing activities, including paid acquisition, CRM, and landing page optimization for a new B2C product. Additionally, you will conduct customer research and leverage AI-driven workflows to drive growth and meet performance KPIs.
You will provide customer support via email and telephone, assisting with order inquiries and ensuring high-quality standards for personalized stationery products. Additionally, you will perform quality assurance on orders and help customers resolve any issues that arise during the ordering process.
Take end-to-end responsibility for the tracking infrastructure across GA4, GTM, and Amplitude to restore data trust and establish a governance layer. Develop automated monitoring and translate technical data quality issues into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
Develop and expand the photobook configurator across frontend and backend components to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Platform teams to implement technical solution designs and maintain a scalable architecture.
