The Director of Clinical Quality is responsible for the strategic design and implementation of clinical quality and compliance infrastructure for a scaling behavioral health network. This includes owning HIPAA compliance, defining clinical supervision standards, and monitoring provider performance across multiple states.

Analyze denial and rejection data to identify root causes and implement operational fixes to improve reimbursement outcomes. Build operational dashboards and maintain SOPs to scale RCM knowledge and visibility across the organization.

Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to PreK-12 students and school staff within partner districts. Collaborate with school leadership and families to build support systems and facilitate transitions to community care.

The Finance Associate will be responsible for building the forward-looking forecasts to support runway planning and board communication, while also identifying opportunities to automate and scale financial reporting processes. Key duties include maintaining and improving the core financial model, owning monthly board slide decks, and leading the annual budgeting cycle.
