CAMS (Community Association Management Services)

The Community Support Team Member will handle inbound customer service calls and provide prompt, courteous solutions to property management inquiries. They are responsible for documenting interactions professionally and utilizing internal software to resolve customer concerns.

The Accountant is responsible for financial production for a portfolio of associations, including daily bank reconciliations and the preparation of monthly financial reports. They will also provide financial guidance to Community Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
