The Mortgage Funder/Closer coordinates all phases of the closing process, including preparing closing packages and ensuring documentation accuracy. They also manage pipelines, clear underwriter conditions, and communicate with all parties to ensure timely loan funding.

The Underwriter will serve as a subject matter expert to assist sales and business partners in structuring eligible Non-QM/Non-Agency loans. They are responsible for performing manual underwriting reviews to ensure compliance with company, investor, and regulatory standards.
