You will own the architecture of the shared AI pipeline, designing reusable patterns for agentic workflows, retrieval, and model orchestration. You will also lead the implementation of evaluation frameworks to ensure production reliability, quality, and performance across all AI products.
You will own the product roadmap, sequencing, and quality bar for agent-based AI systems while building prototypes and defining evaluation metrics. You will work directly with engineering and design to manage model tradeoffs, prompt architecture, and interface contracts.
