The Sr. Electrical Engineer will lead the electrical design, testing, and certification of new power distribution products from concept through production. They will also develop standardized design criteria and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.

Lead the wiring design group by overseeing a team of designers and ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of point-to-point diagrams and panel layouts. Act as a working lead by handling high-priority design tasks while establishing drafting standards and training curricula.
