Lead the surveying department and manage survey projects from initiation through completion, including staff supervision, client coordination, budgets, schedules, proposals, and quality and safety compliance. Guide field and office teams, oversee survey data and plan preparation, maintain client relationships, and support the delivery of boundary, topographic, and construction staking work.
