The ServiceNow Business Analyst will collaborate with government stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions. They will also lead system testing and facilitate workshops to communicate process improvements and system capabilities.

The ServiceNow Technical Architect will act as a subject matter expert, leading technical architecture across ServiceNow platform solutions and providing technical direction and best-practice guidance for implementations and enhancements. This role involves conducting code and solution reviews to ensure maintainability and acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal development teams.
