The role focuses on expanding Bounce's partner network across North America by identifying and closing supply gaps in key cities. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to account setup and onboarding.

The researcher will partner with product, design, and growth teams to execute mixed-methods research and provide actionable user insights. They will also be responsible for improving research operations, documentation, and coaching team members on research best practices.
