The Senior Vice President will provide high-level application software development services and technical consulting to IT management and business groups. Responsibilities include designing efficient code, managing technical debt, and defining corporate implementation strategies for emerging technologies.

The Senior Vice President will manage all phases of the systems development lifecycle, including analysis, design, and implementation for client application systems. They will interface with clients and project managers to ensure systems meet business requirements while maintaining production integrity and quality standards.

The Vice President will lead enterprise-wide model validation efforts, identifying and evaluating model risks while designing tests to ensure quantitative soundness. They will provide technical direction and report findings to senior management and the Board of Directors.
