The Software Analyst will diagnose customer issues and create product specifications for new features on the Bizowie Cloud ERP platform. They are also responsible for designing and executing test plans to ensure software quality before deployment.

Design, build, and maintain core features of a cloud ERP platform across the full stack. Own product pieces end-to-end, from requirements and database schema to deployment and performance optimization.
