BIM Technology Management

Lead the integration and coordination of MEP systems into BIM models to ensure data accuracy and clash-free construction. Develop MEP-specific BIM standards and provide training and mentorship on VDC workflows.

Lead the day-to-day execution of Electrical BIM and VDC projects from kickoff to completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate work across internal production teams and external stakeholders.

The Lead will oversee project execution from a modeling and coordination standpoint within their discipline, ensuring model accuracy, resolving complex coordination issues, and managing client communication. Responsibilities include leading project teams, owning technical delivery such as clash management, submittal review, issue resolution, and schedule alignment.
