The BIM Specialist will lead the integration of MEP systems into BIM models to ensure data accuracy and clash-free coordination. They are responsible for overseeing coordination with other trades, developing BIM standards, and mentoring project teams on VDC workflows.
The Lead will oversee project execution from a modeling and coordination standpoint within their discipline, ensuring model accuracy, resolving complex coordination issues, and managing client communication. Responsibilities include leading project teams, owning technical delivery such as clash management, submittal review, issue resolution, and schedule alignment.
