The Project Lead supports early project conversations, client relationship development, and solution planning, driving model-based coordination and digital construction delivery with an emphasis on MEPFP systems. Key duties include leading VDC/BIM coordination, managing federated models, performing constructability reviews, and actively contributing to model development and technical problem solving.

The Project Lead serves as the first point of contact for new clients and conducts project needs assessments. They collaborate with internal teams and lead onboarding for new project engagements while maintaining client relationships.
