You will design, implement, and operate backend services and APIs while actively participating in product strategy and problem-solving. You are responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of your services, including infrastructure decisions and the integration of AI tools to enhance development speed and quality.

You will be responsible for cold calling and qualifying transport companies to expand the carrier network. Additionally, you will manage data entry and maintenance within the company's CRM and TMS systems.

You will manage transport procurement by sourcing partners, negotiating freight rates, and selecting the best transport solutions for customer requests. Additionally, you will maintain data quality in the system and contribute to the development of logistics processes and the partner network.

The role focuses on cold calling transport companies to acquire new delivery partners and performing initial qualification via phone. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating partner data in internal systems and documenting all interactions.
