The consultant will manage the full customer care process for Anaplan clients, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure solution alignment and health. Responsibilities include platform maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaborating with partners to mitigate churn risks.

You will work within project teams to translate business requirements into scalable model logic and support the design and build of Anaplan solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to testing, documentation, and take ownership of specific workstreams or model components.
