Beale Infrastructure

Serve as the operational backbone for the Public Policy & Public Affairs team, acting as a force multiplier for the SVP. Lead major cross-functional initiatives and manage the team's operating rhythm, OKRs, and strategic roadmaps.

Establish and standardize project controls systems and methodologies for digital infrastructure projects transitioning to the execution phase. Optimize the controls ecosystem between the company and EPC/GC partners to ensure budget accountability and schedule alignment.

Develop and execute engagement strategies and communication plans to secure approvals for new data center projects. Build strategic relationships with government officials, community leaders, and stakeholders to maintain the company's license to operate.
