The Business Systems Manager owns the governance, configuration, and integration of core systems, primarily HubSpot and LoanPro. They are responsible for maintaining data integrity, auditing automation layers, and serving as the technical bridge between business operations and engineering.

The Senior AssetCo Accountant will lead the insourcing and institutionalization of accounting functions for investment management entities and securitization vehicles. This includes managing day-to-day accounting, monthly closes, reconciliations, and overseeing audit and tax support.

The Account Executive will drive origination volume by managing the full sales process from prospecting to term sheet execution, focusing on executing a high-velocity outbound sales strategy targeting real estate investors. Responsibilities also include developing expertise in capital products, managing the pipeline accurately in the CRM, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure a positive borrower experience.
