The K-9 Handler works as part of an investigations team to support searches and hazardous situations using a trained canine. Responsibilities include maintaining the health, safety, and readiness of the K9 while ensuring all required reports and training standards are met.

The Team Lead is responsible for supervising, coaching, and mentoring a team to drive client satisfaction and retention while managing their own portfolio of customer accounts. They must also facilitate training, oversee new installations, and collaborate with the sales team to meet territory objectives.
