Responsible for the setup, implementation, and maintenance of Epic software specifically related to billing and claims. This includes analyzing user requirements, building and testing master files, and streamlining workflows to automate processes.

Responsible for obtaining insurance authorizations and coordinating patient care referrals to specialists. Acts as a primary resource for patients and staff regarding authorization and referral resolution.

The role involves providing routine nursing care via telephone, assessing and prioritizing patient medical needs, and guiding evaluation by instructing callers on symptom assessment and treatment effectiveness. Responsibilities also include accurately documenting assessments, advice, and patient responses while adhering to organizational policies and protocols.
