You will act as a strategic partner to customers, driving product adoption, retention, and long-term business value. Additionally, you will manage customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
The working student will manage software releases, maintain test environments, and analyze software defects. Additionally, they will perform penetration tests and dependency checks to identify security risks.
