The VP of Growth will own online revenue and profitability by driving full-funnel growth across acquisition, conversion, and retention. This includes leading paid media strategy, managing budget allocation, and optimizing the customer journey in collaboration with product and CX teams.

Manage and grow key retail relationships across food, drug, mass, and club channels to drive revenue and expand distribution. Lead line reviews, analyze performance data, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational alignment and execution.

This role is responsible for owning and leading the lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, and mail channels to support customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback. Key duties include developing segmentation strategies and designing/optimizing automated journeys to increase conversion and drive revenue.

The role involves leading the end-to-end development of mechanical hardware components and subsystems by driving cross-functional teams, managing project schedules, and mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery. The manager will also provide technical expertise to ensure designs meet manufacturing and reliability standards while acting as the primary contact for project status updates.
