The CRA II is responsible for the management and monitoring of clinical investigative sites from start-up to closure. This includes ensuring protocol compliance, conducting site visits, and coordinating with project managers to meet study deliverables.

The role is responsible for calculating monthly incentive commissions using the Varicent ICM platform and ensuring accuracy in payouts. It involves partnering with Finance, Sales, and HR to resolve inquiries and analyzing sales data to improve compensation plans.
