Provides operational and administrative support to the Risk Control team, including scheduling, records management, and training coordination. Assists in the administration of safety programs and serves as a primary customer service contact for members.

Performs intermediate administrative support by entering insurance and workers' compensation claims into the database and processing related invoices. Handles office activities including answering telephones, maintaining confidential records, and providing customer support to local government officials.

The role involves managing and resolving assigned lost time and complex medical-only workers' compensation claims to ensure prompt determination of compensability, benefit payment, litigation management, and effective resolution. Responsibilities include initiating investigations, confirming coverage, setting and adjusting reserves, reviewing bills and medical notes, and ensuring adherence to claim diary requirements.
