Manage end-to-end logistics for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations to minimize aircraft downtime through rapid response and part delivery. Coordinate with global suppliers and 3PLs while ensuring all activities comply with aviation safety and international trade regulations.

Implement, maintain, and optimize the enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless, and Cato SD-WAN environments. Monitor network health and security, manage infrastructure upgrades, and provide technical escalation support for complex network issues.
