Serve as the DMPK scientist on project teams to advise on ADMET profiling and support the advancement of preclinical and clinical assets. Manage the outsourcing of DMPK studies with CROs and contribute to the preparation of regulatory documents like INDs and IBs.

Lead the Technical Operations group overseeing all CMC activities from preclinical development through product launch. Manage external vendors and CMOs while representing the company in regulatory meetings with the FDA and EMA.

Lead end-to-end clinical operations for global early-phase neuroscience trials, ensuring delivery against timelines, budget, quality, and enrollment targets. Build and develop a high-performing clinical operations team and establish clinical operations infrastructure to support trial execution.
