You will serve as the first legal hire, owning all legal matters including enterprise SaaS contracting, corporate governance, and employment law. You will also provide guidance on AI-specific product development, data usage, and regulatory compliance as the company scales.
You will partner with managers to support performance, development, and team effectiveness while building and improving People practices. You will also manage day-to-day employee relations and take ownership of key projects to support the company's scaling efforts.
You will own and operate the company's security operations, including detection, incident response, identity management, and IT service delivery. You are responsible for building an autonomous security capability while managing existing infrastructure and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards.
