They will also collaborate with structural teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the development of internal design tools and standardized processes.

The Sales Associate supports the sales team by coordinating between customers and internal operations while managing smaller deals. Key duties include qualifying leads, tracking action items in NetSuite, and assisting Sales Managers with larger pursuits.

The Sales Manager is responsible for owning a portfolio of accounts and driving growth for structural and electrical clean energy solutions. This includes managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and technical scoping to closing deals and coordinating with internal engineering and operations teams.
