The Underwriter IV is responsible for evaluating credit, capacity, and collateral for government and conventional mortgage loans to ensure investor quality standards. They manage an individual pipeline, identify document deficiencies, and provide guidance on underwriting guidelines across delegated and non-delegated channels.
