They will also coordinate with clinic directors and care teams to ensure smooth patient hand-offs and maintain accurate intake documentation.
The therapist will lead virtual group therapy sessions and provide individual psychotherapy for adults living with severe mental illness. They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, evidence-based, and holistic care.
The Enrollment Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for prospective patients and their families, facilitating access to care and managing the intake process. They are responsible for verifying insurance benefits, coordinating referrals with healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
