You will own named enterprise accounts post-POC, driving adoption and growth by surfacing new use cases and configuring agentic AI workflows. You will partner with Global Client Executives to convert realized value into references and expansion while maintaining strong relationships with technical and business champions.
The Solutions Architect will own technical discovery, POC scoping, and deployment architecture to drive technical wins for enterprise media agency partners. They will translate complex partner needs into agentic AI workflows and provide hands-on technical guidance throughout the evaluation process.
You will embed with media agency customers to deliver end-to-end technical implementations, including integrations, backend services, and agent configurations. Additionally, you will serve as a technical bridge between customer teams and Akkio, feeding field insights back into the product roadmap.
Own complex technical projects end-to-end, from architecture and build to deployment and iteration in production. Design scalable systems and set engineering standards for code quality and testing within an agent-assisted codebase.
The Global Client Executive will be responsible for owning and expanding Akkio's most significant global enterprise relationships, managing the full deal cycle from qualification to contract execution and owning the revenue number for active accounts. This role involves leading complex, multi-threaded negotiations with various departments across global agencies and media networks.
