AIM Solder

The engineer will support and optimize soldering processes including SMT, wave, and selective soldering lines for customers. They are responsible for troubleshooting, process diagnostics, training production staff, and maintaining strong client relationships through both on-site and remote support.

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet profit targets while building strong customer relationships within their assigned region. They will coordinate with technical teams to provide product requirements, troubleshoot processes, and deliver training presentations to customers and distributors.

The Sales Engineer is responsible for establishing and meeting sales and profit targets for the Northern UK region while providing front-line technical support to customers. This includes selling the complete product line, coordinating sales opportunities, and evaluating materials at customer sites.
