Promote CIMA qualifications and activities across universities and channel partners in India to drive student registrations. Manage partner relationships and conduct market analysis to improve brand positioning and conversion rates.

Manage task forces to develop auditing and assurance standards and related guidance for the ASB and ARSC. Monitor activities of other standard-setters like the IAASB and PCAOB to analyze differences and present findings to leadership.

Perform programming and statistical data analysis for the Psychometrics and Research team, including item calibration and quality control reports. Develop and maintain SAS macros and software programs to improve operational procedures and research projects.

Lead the development of content and processes for the Dynamic Audit Solution (DAS) methodology, focusing on risks and controls. Manage strategic workstreams and ensure alignment between core commercial methodology and various standard setter requirements.

You will lead a team of product owners, business analysts, and UX designers to translate complex audit methodology into an intuitive, cloud-based software solution. You are responsible for managing the product roadmap, delivery pipeline efficiency, and ensuring the product aligns with strategic goals and technical requirements.
