The Value Creation Strategist manages the delivery layer of client engagements by overseeing project timelines, milestones, and quality standards. They also partner with founders to drive client strategy, manage internal operating systems, and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
You will own client engagements end-to-end, from initial scoping to the deployment of production-ready AI systems. Additionally, you will act as a technical lead, mentoring other engineers and managing relationships with senior stakeholders at private equity firms.
You will scope and design technical solutions to replace manual processes with automated, ML-driven systems. You will also build end-to-end production tools and work directly with client stakeholders to ship features.
